Deleting your account

The games themselves are in Turkish only, so the buttons below are named in Turkish.

This page applies to Katkat, Lemon Arena and Super Zeka. One account covers all three games — deleting it removes you from all of them.

Fastest way — inside the app

  1. Open the game.
  2. Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Hesabımı sil (Turkish for "Delete my account", shown in red).
  4. Confirm the warning.

Without installing the app

Email the contact form at arfyzd.com.tr from the same address you used to sign in with Apple or Google. Subject line "Account deletion request" is enough. We start processing within 7 days of receiving it.

You must write from the address you signed in with, so we can confirm the request is really yours and nobody else's account gets deleted.

What happens

A deletion request starts a 30-day waiting period, so an accidental deletion can be undone: sign in again before the 30 days are up and your account comes back exactly as it was.

During the wait your account is closed — you cannot sign in and you do not appear on leaderboards.

Permanently deleted after 30 days:

Not deleted: aggregate statistics such as promotion view counts are kept, but the link to you is removed — they can never again be traced to a person.

This cannot be undone. Deleted progress cannot be restored.
